We want you to love your Xyze pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t right, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

Returns

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging).

  • To start a return, contact us at support@xyze.shop with your order number and details.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us at support@xyze.shop within 7 days of delivery. We’ll fix it right away.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to make sure your return gets to us.
